Lambrakis Press SA and Groupo Prisa reached a long term strategic agreement to pursue a wide range of bussiness development and opportunities both in media and education sector. This agreement, signed by Mr Christos Lambrakis, President of the Board of Directors of Lambrakis Press SA and Mr Juan Luis Cebrian, Managing Director and President of the Executive Committee of Groupo Prisa, will include various initiatives in newspapers (general, economic and sports content), magazines, the internet, TV, and audiovisual productions, as well as in the publications of books.
This alliance will, inter alia, cover the exchange of articles among the leading newspapers of the two groups, "To Vima", "Ta Nea" and "El Pais", as well as the collaboration of their main journalists.
Moreover, both groups express their interest to promote and diffuse of their respective cultures in the countries of Balkans and South-Eastern Europe. The structure of the various project will be examined on a case by case basis depending on the type of collaboration and the role of each partner in it.
