In response to press releases that mention the issuance of a decision regarding the appeal submitted by the Company for the retraction of the suspension of construction works of the shopping mall in Votanikos, we reiterate that the relevant decision by the Council of State is expected to be published within the next few days. We would also like to point out that the opinion of the Counselor does not necessarily reflect the final decision of the Plenary of the Superior Cancelling Court, that will decide by majority vote.
