Announcement of adjustable information based on Law 3556/2007
ELLAKTOR S.A. discloses the following:
1. The foreign company HELLAS PARTICIPATIONS (LUXEMBOURG) S.A., (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 closely related with the Managing Director of ΕLLAKTOR SA, Mr. Leonidas Bobolas), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that following the dissolvent of HELLAS PARTICIPATIONS (LUXEMBOURG) S.A. dated on December 23, 2008 and within the framework of the distribution of its assets to its shareholders, 2,450,000 common registered shares of ΕLLAKTOR SA holding by HELLAS PARTICIPATIONS (LUXEMBOURG) S.A., transferred to the foreign company ΟRANOM HOLDINGS LTD, which is the shareholder of HELLAS PARTICIPATIONS.

The foreign company ΟRANOM HOLDINGS LTD (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 closely related with the Managing Director of ΕLLAKTOR SA, Mr. Leonidas Bobolas), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that it acquired 2,450,000 common registered shares of ΕLLAKTOR SA hold up to today by the dissolved company HELLAS PARTICIPATIONS (LUXEMBOURG) S.A.

The foreign company HELLAS PARTICIPATIONS (LUXEMBOURG) S.A., (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 closely related with the Managing Director of ΕLLAKTOR SA, Mr. Leonidas Bobolas), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that following the dissolvent of HELLAS PARTICIPATIONS (LUXEMBOURG) S.A. dated on December 23, 2008 and within the framework of the distribution of its assets to its shareholders, 2,450,000 common registered shares of ΕLLAKTOR SA holding by HELLAS PARTICIPATIONS (LUXEMBOURG) S.A., transferred to the foreign company ΟRANOM HOLDINGS LTD, which is the shareholder of HELLAS PARTICIPATIONS.

The foreign company ΟRANOM HOLDINGS LTD (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 closely related with the Managing Director of ΕLLAKTOR SA, Mr. Leonidas Bobolas), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that it acquired 2,450,000 common registered shares of ΕLLAKTOR SA hold up to today by the dissolved company HELLAS PARTICIPATIONS (LUXEMBOURG) S.A.
