The company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A.. informs the investment community that has entered into an agreement with ALPHA BANK and ΕMPORIKI BANK for the issue of a corporate bond, to convert part of the existing short-term debt obligations into long-term, amounting to euro 60 million.
