The Company I KATHIMERINI SA ("the Company") announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 in conjunction with the decision no. 1/434/3.07.07 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Alexandros Papachelas son of Aristomenis, Executive Member of the BoD of the Company and Executive Editor of the newspaper ?I KATHIMERINI? published by the Company, (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), advised the Company that on 30/01/09 he acquired 170.000 common shares of the Company of total value Euro 969.000.
