The company ALAPIS S.A. discloses that on the session of the BoD on December 24th 2008, the President of the BoD of the company Mr Lavrentios Lavrentiadis and Ms Maria Birbili non executive member were resigned. Mr Nikolaos Korbis, son of Anargyros and Ms Georgakaki Evridiki daughter of Kimonas, were elected as new members of the BoD. The new Board of Directors was formed into body at the same session and is as follows:
1.Aristotelis Charalambakis, son of Ioannis, independent non-executive member, President of the BoD,
2. Periklis Livas son of Dimitrios, executive member, Vice-President of the BoD and Managing Director of the company,
3. Georgakaki Evridiki, daughter of Kimonas, non-executive member of the BoD , (new member)
4. Karandanis Nikolaos, son of Konstantinos, independent non-executive member of the BoD,
5. Nikolaos Korbis, son of Anargyros , executive member of the BoD (new member).
It is noted that in the place of the resigned president of the company is set Mr Aristotelis Charalampakis, an independent non-executive member of the BoD up to now.
The Managing Director, Mr. Periklis Livas, represents and binds the company by signing under the corporate name. The term of service of the new Board of Directors ends on 11.05.2012.
