Announcement of regulated information of Law 3556/2007 - Appointment of Executives
OPAP S.A. according to Law Ν. 3340/2005 and resolution 3/347/12.07.05 of the Capital Market Commission BoD, announces that within the framework of the carrying into effect the new organizational chart and implementing the customized operational procedures, the Company's Board of Directors appointed Head of the four General Divisions the following senior executives:
The up to date, Investor Relations Director, Mr. Evangelos Maganas was appointed as General Director of Administrative Services.
The up to date, General Director of Stihima Division, Mr. Ilias Goulas was appointed as General Director of the General Operating and IT Division.
The General Managers Mr. Ioannis Saraintaris and Mr. Aggelos Papoutsis remained at the General Divisions of Finance and Marketing, respectively.
Additionally, Ms Evangelia Lambrou, up to date Head of Administration of the General Betting Division, assumed the duties of the Head of Investor Relations Division.
The BoD also appointed Mr. Sophocles Alifierakis, executive member of the Board, as Deputy CEO.
The implementation of the new organizational chart both at the parent company and the subsidiary OPAP Services S.A., aims at the restructuring and the re-determination of the working flows for both companies, in order to effectively cooperate with each other. The subsidiary will offer supporting services to the agency network, customer service, as well as various supporting services to the Group.
