A.G.E.T. HERACLES announces its intention to proceed with the sale of its Head Offices by executing an Open International Tender procedure.
At the same time the Company intends to address an Invitation for Expression of Interest for the long term lease of office building which will be used for the Head Offices, with the intention to construct a technologically advanced building, demonstrating the qualities and unique possibilities of innovative construction materials produced by Lafarge in Cement, Concrete and Gypsum, in serving both architectural innovation and the vision of Sustainable Construction. The construction of the building will be undertaken by the Candidate, at his own cost, and should achieve maximum carbon and energy efficiency, as per the principles of Sustainable Construction.
