It is announced that, further to the bankruptcy application that Teledome S.A recorded on 15/12/2008, and in view of its operations' impendent discontinuation, INTRACOM HOLDINGS will proceed in full impairment of the Teledome's shares cost value of amount euro 9,3 million. Impairment loss will impact the current period income statement.
Additionally, Group is intending to recognize increased provisions for impairment of customers' and other debtors' receivables, up to amount ? 18 million approximately. (Total receivables, as at 30/09/08: euro 382 million), due to the unfavorable financial circumstances.
