NIREUS SA notifies that:
Its subsidiary THETIS ABEE settled off the tax period 2/7/02 - 1/7/05. The one-off settlement amounts to 1,710 euro and it was paid off.
Its subsidiary KEGO AGRI SA settled off the tax years 2003 - 2006. The one-off settlement amounts to 2.280 euro and it was paid off.
Its subsidiary RED ANCHOR SA (currently under absorption) settled off the tax year 2006. The one-off settlement amounts to 35,262.72 euro of which 20% was advanced and the remainder will be paid in 8 installments.
Its absorbed subsidiary FEEDUS SA was audited for the year 2004. The tax audit resulted in tax charge of 197,561.00 euro of which 20% was advanced and the remainder will be paid in 24 installments.
The absorbed subsidiaries of SEAFARM IONIAN SA settled off previous tax periods as follows: 1) NHKTON AQUACULTURE ENTERPRISES AE the years 2003 - 2006, the one-off settlement amounts to 3,337.25 euro and it was paid off. 2) ALPHA ZOOTROFES LOKRIDAS SA the years 2003 - 2006, the one-off settlement amounts to 2,811.95 euro and it was paid off. 3) IXTHIO AQUACULTURE SA years the 2003 - 2005, the one-off settlement amounts to 52,458.82 euro, of which 20% was advanced and the remainder will be paid in 8 installments.
All the above amounts will affect the results of year 2008.
