The company "ELBISCO S.A. HOLDING", under the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (Articles 9 and 21) and in accordance with the rule 1/434/3-7-2007 and the circular 33/3-7-2007 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs the investors that Mrs. Dimitra Filippou (bound person under Article 13 of Law 3340/2005), wife of Mr. Kyriakos Filippou, Chairman of ELBISCO's Board of Directors and also shareholder with a participation rate of 9,91%, namely 5.329.978 shares and voting rights, transferred on December 4th, 2008 through parental benefit her total participation rate into her daughter Mrs. Helen Filippou-Coumantarou, vice-president of the Company's Board of Directors.
After the completion of the aforementioned transaction her participation rate was reduced to 0% from 9,91%.
The participation rate of Mrs. Helen Filippou-Coumantarou was increased to 25,07%, namely 13.478.942 shares and voting rights, from 15,16%, namely 8.148.964 shares and voting rights out of a total of 53.760.000 shares and voting rights.
The aforementioned transaction has been notified to the company pursuant to laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005 by both parties.
