In pursuance of the article 4 paragraph 4 of the no 2273/2003 regulation of the Committee of the European Communities, the company Korres Natural Products announces that according to the article 16, paragraph 5 of the Law 2190/20 and according to the relative decisions of the Annual General Assembly of the Shareholders (session of April 17th 2008), proceeded to buy back shares through the member of Athens Stock Exchange National P&K Securities as follow:
On February 19th 2009, the company acquired 2.905 shares at the average price of 5,1399 euros per share, total value of 14.931,30 euros. The company holds 61.282 shares in total, 0,53% of the share capital.
