According to article 4.1.3.1. (ib) of the Athens Exchange Regulations, INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces that the regular tax audit for the fiscal year 2007 has been completed. According to the audit outcome, the total surcharge from additional taxes amounts to euro 64.238,00 which has been fully paid. The aforementioned amount will burden the financial results of the fiscal year 2008.
