Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007.
S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. KYRIACOPOULOS ULYSSES purchased
a) on 18/02/2009, 810 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 4.453,80 and
b) on 19/02/2009, 300 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 1.680,00 .
These transactions have been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mr. Ulysses Kyriacopoulos, under his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
