Forthnet S.A. (the "Company") announces the termination of its cooperation with Mr. Alexandros Papageorgiou, Group Human Resources Director. The present announcement is made in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.3.1.e and 4.1.3.6. of the Athens Stock Market Regulation, as in force, in combination with art. 6 of the Law 3340/2005 and articles 2 and 3 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission.
