Announcement for the Total Amount of Share Capital - Law 3556/2007
NIREUS SA announces that because of the commencement of trading of the new 133.327 shares that resulted form the conversion of the Company's convertible bond, the Company's share capital amounts to 85.214.002,26 euro divided into 63.592.539 common registered shares of nominal value 1.34 euro each.
This announcement is made in compliance with the regulations of Law 3556/2007 (article 9 par. 5) in order to facilitate the calculations of percentages of voting rights, as well as significant changes in the participations in the Company's share capital.
