SingularLogic SA Financial Results 9 Months 2008: Turnover 69,6 mio (+36%),EBITDA 9,3 mio (+110%), EAT 4,1 mio (+318%).

SingularLogic Group demonstrated further significant growth in revenues and operational profitability during the 2008 nine-month period. This is evident through the financial results for the nine-month period announced today by the Group.
More specifically:
-Consolidated Turnover euro 69.6 Mio vs. euro 51.2 Mio during the 2007 9 months period
-Consolidated Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) doubled and amounted to euro 9,3 Mio vs. euro 4,4 the first 9 months of 2007
-Consolidated Earnings Before Taxes (ΕΒΤ) increased by euro 5,9 Mio, amounting to euro 5,7 Mio
-Consolidated Earnings After Tax (EAT) reach euro 4,1 Mio, showing an increase of +318%
-Earnings after tax and Minority Interest increased by euro 5,8 Mio (+229%) amounting to euro 3,3 Mio.
The above mentioned results are consequential on the development of all Divisions in the Group.
More specifically, in the Large Private Sector market, the Group continues to grow, offering solutions and services based on the large customer base and the rich and constantly growing product portfolio. Furthermore, the Group offers appealing Outsourcing service packages which reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for businesses and increase their efficiency.
In the SME market the Group, being the largest software vendor, provides products which are constantly upgraded, covering all customers? needs. The goals for continuous expansion of the installed base and market share are invariably achieved. During the third quarter, the pioneering financing program entitled Business Credit showed significant success. Business Credit is implemented in cooperation with Marfin Egnatia Bank in order to facilitate over 40.000 SMEs, which select SingularLogic products. This growing sector was also recognised by Avaya which awarded SingularLogic with its international distinction as ?Distributor of the year Excellence 2008? for the ΕΜΕΑ region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
In the Public sector, the Group demonstrates increased Order Book and increased Pipeline, while one of the most significant projects of this year, the ?Electronic Urban Planning: Geographical Information Systems for the Country's Prefectural Self Government" project, has been contracted.
