NIREUS SA announces that because of the commencement of trading of the new 83.569 shares that resulted from the conversion of the Company?s convertible bond, the Company?s share capital amounts to 85.035.344,08 euro divided into 63.459.212 common registered shares of nominal value 1.34 euro each. This announcement is made in compliance with the regulations of Law 3556/2007 (article 9 par. 5) in order to facilitate the calculations of percentages of voting rights, as well as significant changes in the participations in the company?s share capital.
