Following November 25th, 2008 announcement, Fourlis Holdings SA announces, the completeness of the sell transaction for the remaining 10% stake in DSGI SOUTH-EAST EUROPE A.E.Β.Ε. (P. KOTSOVOLOS A.E.Β.E.) to DIXONS Group, for a fully paid cash consideration of euro 28,08 million.
