FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2009
As part of the obligations of the Company to inform investors arising by articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A. announces the financial calendar for 2009:
- Release and publication of Fiscal Year 2008 Results: Wednesday, March 11, 2009
- Annual briefing of analysts with regard to the Financial Results at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors: Friday, March 20, 2009.
- Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Wednesday, June 3, 2009
- Ex-dividend date: Wednesday, June 10, 2009
- Dividend beneficiaries - Record date: Friday, June 12, 2009 *
* In accordance with the new, revised ATHEX Rulebook, starting on 01.01.2009, corporate actions take place based on "record dates", replacing the "trade date" rule. Based on the new rule, beneficiaries of the corporate action (in this case of the dividend) are those investors who are registered in the DSS on the relevant record date.
- Dividend payout: Thursday, June 18, 2009
The fiscal year 2008 dividend will be paid out through the bank EUROBANK. The bank will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts
