SFAKIANAKIS S.A. in relation to the letter of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission with ref. number 5778/8-12-2008, contradicts the publication of the newspaper "ISOTIMIA" (6/12/2008) according to which the company is in process of entering in an agreement for the buy-out by MIG a significant share block and declares that it is untrue and spreads false information.
