"Alfa-Beta" Vassilopoulos S.A. informs the investors that from November 1st 2008 the Executive Finance Director of the Company, Mrs Maria Kuhkalani, has undertaken responsibilities as Chief Assistant to the CEO while Mr Bradley Smith has undertaken responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
However, Mrs Maria Kuhkalani will be responsible for 2008 year-end closing.
