The company IASO S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 (art. 3 and art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that the Managing Director of the Company, Mr STAMATIOU GEORGIOS of IOANNIS (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), on February 4th 2009, purchased 30.000 common shares, with a total net value of 118.477,06 euro
