DROMEAS S.A, office furniture industry, located in the industrial area of Serres and legally represented, would like to announce to whomever it concerns that according to paragraph 5, article 1 of Π.Δ 82/1996 which is valid for the time being, is planning to participate in the tenders under the legislations of paragraph 1, article 15 of law Ν. 2328/1995, which was annulled by the article 12 of the law Ν. 3310/2005 (referring to the basic shareholder), while afterwards was replaced by the article 8 of the law Ν3414/2005, in connection to article 12 of the same law (concerning final clauses).
DROMEAS S.A is intending to participate in the 150/08 open tender, conducted by the Ministry of Development, Department of Commerce, concerning supply of metal furniture for the needs of the Administrative and Health care Units of IKA. The budget of the tender is 1.300.000 euro (plus VAT). The tender will be conducted on 25/02/2009. DROMEAS S.A will participate in tender's repeations, if they are conducted, but also in the future tenders that Greek Public Services will publish.
As far as DROMEAS S.A shareholders are concerned, who are S.A. companies and have not yet made actions for the denomination of their shares, as the above law defines, the penalties define privation of representation and voting rights, as well as privation of every fortune right which results from their shareholder identity.
