Lambrakis Press SA (LP SA) announces that, the Board of Directors of the Company in its metting of February 3, 2009 resolved to form an Advisory Scientific Council (A.S.C) and appointed as its members Ms Eleni Glykatzi - Ahrweiler, Mr Konstantinos Lymberopoulos, Mr Adamantios Pepelasis and Mr Grigorios Skalkeas. President of the Advisory Scientific Council will be the President of the Board of Directors Mr Christos Lambrakis and his deputy will be Ms Eleni Glykatzi - Ahrweiler. The four members of A.S.C accepted their new appointment and submitted their resignations as members of Board of Directors, while at the same time the member Mr Ioannis Goumas resigned too. Consequently on February 4, 2009 the Board of Directors of the Company resolved to place in their position Mr Anastasios Giannitsis, Mr Ioannis Paraschis, Mr Victor Restis, Mr Antonios Trifillis and Mr Panayiotis Psycharis.

8)Ioannis Paraschis, Engineer-Economist, General Manager of International Airport of Athens
9)Nikolaos Pefanis, Economist, General Manager of the Corporate Center of LP SA
10)Victor Restis, Shipowner
11)Antonios Trifillis, Electrical Engineer, ex-Director of European Parliament
