The Company VIOHALCO, HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY, S.A., listed in the Athens Exchange, announces to the investors that, following a common agreement between the Company and the member of the Athens Exchange "National P&K Securities", the capacity of the latter to act as market maker of the Company's shares, which started on November 23, 2007, will terminate on 28/11/2008, which was fixed as the last day of acting as market maker.
