Frigoglass announces the Financial Calendar for the rest of the year regarding the distribution of the 2008 interim dividend.
The nominal value of the Interim Dividend per share amounts to euro 0.60 (before tax). The interim dividend amount is subject to 10% tax withholding.
Last date shareholders are entitled to dividend payment: December 4th 2008
Ex-interim dividend date of 2008: December 5th 2008
Payment of 2008 interim dividend: December 15th 2008
The value of the interim dividend will be adjusted excluding the company?s own shares on the ex-dividend date, according to the requirements of Greek Law. The company will proceed with a further announcement.
The interim dividend of ?0.60 per share is based on the financial results of the nine months 2008.
