Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, 26 February 2009 to examine, among other subjects, the preliminary results for the year 2008, as well as the payment of dividend.
On the same day the results will be announced to the Athens Stock Exchange and to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and they will be presented to the analysts.
