SANYO HELLAS HOLDING S.A. would like to, hereby, inform the public that resolution No. ΕΜ-27001/08 of the Prefect of East Attica, which approved the merger of the company SANYOCOM SA with the company SANYO TRADING SA, via absorption, (both 100% subsidiaries of SANYO HELLAS HOLDING S.A.), pursuant to the resolutions of General Meetings of the aforementioned companies of 09/07/2008 and 11/11/2008, articles 1 to 5 of Law 2166/1993 and articles 68 par 2 and 69 to 77 of Codified Law 2190/1920 and notarial act of merger contract 49403-49567/2008, was entered in the Register of Societes Anonymes of the Prefecture on 16/12/2008.
