Based on decision No. 3/347/12.07.05 of the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and following the announcement published on February 11th, 2009, EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A. announces that Mr. Anthony Crontiras son of Nikolaos has decided to continue his career outside of the Credit Agricole S.A. Group.
Mr. A. Crontiras will leave Emporiki Bank after the Extraordinary General Assembly of its Shareholders to be held on February 26th, 2009.
