The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 the following:
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 23/02/09 to the purchase of 10,000 (ten thousand) common shares at the price of 3.52 euros (three euros and fifty two cents) of total value 35,200 euros (thirty five thousand and two hundred euros).
- Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 23/02/09 to the purchase of 10,000 (ten thousand) common shares at the price of 3.52 euros (three euros and fifty two cents) of total value 35,200 euros (thirty five thousand and two hundred euros).
- Mrs. Elpiniki Saranti,, person connected to the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis, proceeded on 23/02/09 to the purchase of 935,500 (nine hundred thirty five thousand and five hundred) common shares at the price of 3.40 euros (three euros and forty cents) of total value 3,180,700 euros (three million one hundred eighty thousand and seven hundred euros).
