Disclosure of significant change in voting rights according to L. 3556/2007
MICHANIKI S.A. according to L.3556/2007 and based on relevant notification received by the President of the Board of Directors of MICHANIKI S.A. and shareholder P. Emfietzoglou discloses that after the purchase of 19,000 common registered shares of the Company on 02.02.2009 there was a change in the voting rights he held.
Mr P. Emfietzoglou owned 15,874,159 shares and equal voting rights namely a percentage of 23,71% on the Company's total voting rights. After the purchase he owns 15,893,159 shares and an equal number of voting rights, namely a percentage of 23,74%.
