Mr. Savvas Dorotheos Hatzioannou, shareholder of SPRIDER STORES SA, notified the company and the Hellenic Capital Market Committee that on February 2, 2009 increased his participation to the company's share capital and voting rights from 9.5844% to 10.2190%.
