The Board of Directors of S.A. COMPANY FOR IT APPLICATION SUPPORT AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT trading as ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA, informs the investing public that, on 19/12/2008 the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders, decided, among other matters, to change the name of the Company to ALPHA GRISSIN POWER AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SYSTEMS SA and the commercial title to ALPHA GRISSIN S.A.
The Ministry of Commerce and Development, by decision number K2-15886/31-12-2009, approved the change in the relevant article in the Articles of Association of the Company. The Board of Directors of Athens Exchange was informed of this decision at its meeting on January 15th 2009. Following the above, it is decided that as from 20 January 2009 the name of the company in the Athens Exchange shall change to ALPHA GRISSIN POWER AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SYSTEMS SA and the commercial title of the Company to ALPHA GRISSIN S.A.
