Participation in the open international competition of the Municipality of Peristeri
The company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that, according to P.D. 82/96, will participate through leasing company in the open international competition of bids of the Municipality of Peristeri based on the best offer, for the supply of mechanical equipment for the needs of the Municipality, with date of transaction the 17.02.2009, as relative statement of reg. number 52922/19.12.2008, and in any possible changes in the dates of the transaction or the repetitions of the above competition.
It should be reminded to incorporate companies, shareholders of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., that since their stocks have not been registered, according to the above mentioned P.D., till natural person they cannot exercise the rights of participating and voting to General Meetings deriving from these shares as well as any kind of relevant property rights.
