The company VIOHALCO, HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY, S.A., listed in the Athens Exchange, (the "Issuer") announces to the investors that, the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange, following a relevant application of the company EFG EUROBANK SECURITIES, S.A., approved, by its resolution dated 15/01/2009, that EFG EUROBANK SECURITIES, S.A. could continue to act in its capacity as Market Maker of the "Issuer's" shares, for one (1) more year, from 19/01/2009 until 18/01/2010.
