The company IASO S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 (art. 3 and art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that:
1. The Managing Director of the Company, Mr STAMATIOU GEORGIOS of IOANNIS (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), on November 26th 2008, purchased 29.000 common shares, with a total net value of 118.970,82 euro
2. The shareholder, Mrs TROMBOUKI MARIKA of SPYRIDON (related person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), wife of Mr TROMBOUKIS IOANNIS of PANTELIS, Managing Director of the Company (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005),on November 26th 2008, purchased 5.000 common shares, with a total net value of 21.452,44 euro
1. The Managing Director of the Company, Mr STAMATIOU GEORGIOS of IOANNIS (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), on November 26th 2008, purchased 29.000 common shares, with a total net value of 118.970,82 euro
2.
