As part of the obligations of the Company to inform investors, Hellenic Exchanges SA announces the financial calendar for 2009:
- Release of Fiscal Year 2008 Results: Monday February 23rd 2009
- Release of First Quarter 2009 Results: Monday May 4th 2009
- Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Wednesday May 6th 2009
- Ex-dividend date: Wednesday May 13th 2009
- Dividend beneficiaries - Record date: Friday May 15th 2009 *
* In accordance with the new, revised ATHEX Rulebook, starting on Jan 1st 2009, corporate actions take place based on "record dates", replacing the "trade date" rule. Based on the new rule, beneficiaries of the corporate action (in this case of the dividend) are those investors who are registered in the DSS on the relevant record date.
- Dividend payout: Thursday May 21st 2009
- Release of Six Month 2009 Results: Wednesday July 29th 2009
- Release of Nine Month 2009 Results: Thursday October 29th 2009
The fiscal year 2008 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.
The Company would like to clarify that the results will be released after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, at the Company's website (www.helex.gr) as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.athex.gr). The results will be published in the press two working days following their publication on the Company's website.
