The company "DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA S.A" announces that according to the Law3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP (M.I.G) person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005- acquired on December 31, 2008, 5,000 register bonds convertible to register ordinary shares of HYGEIA S.A., with total value of EUR 23,082.55 including accruals.
