'Babis Vovos International Construction SA' announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, and the Circular 33 of the Capital Markets Commission, that on 31 December, 2008 Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited gave it notice that on 29 December, 2008 the total percentage of shares held by Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited was decreased from 5.181% to 4.798%.
