Following the notification, on the 21/11/2008, on behalf of the "ELEFTERI TILEORASI S.A."'s stockholder, Mr. G. Kouris, we here-by inform the investors that further to Commercial Bank's (Emporiki Trapeza) resignation, on the 20/11/2008, from the voting rights of G. Kouris' pledged shares, his voting rights' percentage, directly and indirectly, increased from 20,717% to 25% and the number of shares with voting rights increased from 1.657.000 shares to 2.000.000 shares. To said percentage is included his direct voting rights' percentage, that is to say 13,581%, whereas his indirect voting rights' percentage, that is to say 11,419%, is exercised via the controlled company under the name PRESS HELLAS ELLINIKI EKDOTIKI KAI TIPOGRAFIKI A.E.
