Cyrte Investments GP I BV with its notification dated 31/12/2008 has notified Forthnet S.Α. (thereafter also as "the Company") of the change of its direct participation in the share capital of Forthnet S.A. from 7.53% corresponding to 2,902,454 voting rights and equal number of shares (before the rights issue completed on 01/08/2008) to 10.15% corresponding to 15,776,838 voting rights and equal number of shares out of a total of 155,431,324. The said change took place on the 18th of December 2008.
This notification has been published in accordance with the Law 3556/2007 (art. 9, 14 and 21) in combination with the resolution No. 1/434/03.07.2007 of the HCMC and Circular no 33 of the HCMC.
