MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A., in accordance with article 16 of Law 2190/1920, as in force, and following the relevant resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders of 07.12.2007 and of the Meeting of its Board of Directors of 07.12.2007, respectively, and in implementation of article 4 par. 4 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003, and further to the company announcement of 05.12.2008, announces that on 17.12.2008 it has proceeded, via ASE Member "INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE", to a share buy-back as follows:
On 17.12.2008, the Company acquired, at an average purchase price of EUR 3.47 per share, a total of 100.214 own shares representing a total value of EUR 347,907.72
The above purchased shares correspond to 28,75% of the average daily volume of transactions, as such volume is specified under article 5 par. 4 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003.
