S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, purchased on 13th July 2009, 3,500 common shares, on 14th July 2009, 5,000 common shares and on 15/7/2009 13,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of euro 63,718.80, euro 91,478.04 and euro 233,388.00 respectively.
