ELGEKA S.A. would like to notify the investing public that in accordance with the article 9, par. 5 of L.3556/2007, that following the completion of its share capital decrease, due to the cancellation of 117.300 own shares, the share capital of the Company now amounts to 51.099.248,00 Euros and total voting rights of 31.937.030 result from an equal number of common registered shares of nominal value 1,60 Euro each.
