Expression of Interest for Thessaloniki Water Supply and Sewerage Company

Marfin Investment Group ("MIG") announces that together with Veolia Environnement ("Veolia") and Ionios S.A ("Ionios") it has formed a consortium which today expressed interest to participate in the tender for the selection of a strategic partner for Thessaloniki Water Supply and Sewerage Company S.A ("EYATH").
The composition of the consortium is Veolia 51%, MIG 44% and Ionios 5%.
