Pursuant to Law 3556/2007, J&P-AVAX SA announces the following transactions dated 06.04.2009 on its shares by insiders as well as a legal entity related to insiders (as per Article 13 of Law 3340/2005):
- purchase of 550,000 shares for a total consideration of euro 962,500.00 by a legal entity related as per Law 3340/2005 to Chairman Mr Leonidas Joannou
- purchase of 200,000 shares for a total consideration of euro 350,000.00 by Deputy Chairman Mr Constantine Kouvaras
- purchase of 75,000 shares for a total consideration of euro 131,250.00 by Vice President Mr Nicholaos Gerarhakis
- purchase of 150,000 shares for a total consideration of euro 262,500.00 by Managing Director Mr Constantine Mitzalis
- purchase of 200,000 shares for a total consideration of euro 350,000.00 by Mrs Eleni Mitzalis, a close relative of Managing Director Mr Constantine Mitzalis
- purchase of 30,000 shares for a total consideration of euro 52,500.00 by Independent, Non-Executive Director Mr John Pistiolis
