Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces in accordance to Greek Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and the Cyprus Law 116(Ι)/2005, that on 31/03/2009 Mrs Avgi Christou Mylona, closely associated with Mr Constantinos Mylonas, Non Executive Member of BoD of the Bank, proceeded with the free transfer of 9.600 shares of Marfin Popular Bank to her son, Mr Stelios Christou.
