GEK TERNA announces the purchase of a majority stake of 51% of the shares of the company ALPHA POWERTEC at the total price of 200.000 EUROS. The company ALPHA POWERTEC has a long experience in rendering preventive maintenance and repair, management, operation, security and cleaning services in various buildings, hospitals, airports, sports facilities, green areas etc.
The above purchase follows the expansion of GEK TERNA's scope of works, which was decided by the Shareholders General Assembly on July 6, 2009.
