IASO Group turnover for the fiscal year of 2008 reached the amount of euro184.0 mil. showing an increase of 8.4% compared with the previous fiscal year. The consolidated EBITDA reached the amount of euro49.8 mil. presenting an increase of 11.3%, while the EBITDA margin has improved by 71 basis points compared with the same period last year. Earnings Before Taxes amounted to euro36,1 mil., presenting an increase of 7.6%, while Earnings After Taxes & Minorities Interests reached the amount of euro21.3 mil. presenting an increase of 4.6%.

IASO Revenues, for the fiscal year of 2008, reached the amount of euro109.0 mil. posting an increase of 7.9% compared with the previous fiscal year. The revenues increase is attributed to the increase in inpatients and outpatients by 2.4% and 2.0% respectively, along with the average revenue per patient increase by 6.4%. The Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation & Amortization (EBITDA) were recorded at euro39.7 mil. presenting an increase of 7.7%, while the EBITDA margin reached the level of 36.4%. Net Earnings (After Taxes) were recorded at euro24.9 mil. presenting an increase of 13.4%. The dividend proposed by the Board of Directors will be euro0.22 per share.

IASO General Revenues, for the fiscal year of 2008, were recorded at euro70.6 mil. presenting an increase of 9.6% compared with the previous fiscal year, attributed to the increase in, Inpatients and Outpatients? admissions by 0.9% and 18.4% respectively. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation & Amortization (EBITDA) were recorded at euro9.5 mil. improved by 36.8% compared with the previous fiscal year. Worth noting is that the EBITDA margin reached the level of 13.4% improved by 268 basis points compared with the previous fiscal year. Pre-tax profits reached euro3.7mil vs. euro0.1 mil for the year of 2007.

MedStem Services Revenues, for the fiscal year of 2008, recorded an increase of 0.7%, compared with the previous fiscal year, reaching the amount of euro4.6 mil. The Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation & Amortization (EBITDA) reached the amount of euro1.1 mil. presenting a decrease of 22.0% compared with the year 2007, while Earnings After Taxes reached the amount of euro0.7 mil. showing a decrease of 25.4%.
